If a person is out of work and they live on the street how can they get a job?

OR IF THEY CAN'T FIND A JOB DUE TO A DISABILITY WHAT

Update:

Ok, Close to my house is a Target Store and a .99 cent store. Every time I go there, there is a Guy with an amputated leg age for money that says he is a street person. This has been going on for 13 years or so. He claims no one will hire him. But when I set him up with a simple desk job he never shows up. I set him up with auto detail job and again he did not show… The local shelter say he does not want work, and likes to pan handle… but he says no one will give him a brake. I really want to help. But what can I do?

Based on the fact you say you set him up with a job, and he never shows up, shows he doesn't want to work. It's a free country, People do have the right not to work, if they choose.

In fact, unemployment figures under 5% is considered full employment for that very reason. Economists estimate 5% of the population chooses to be unemployed, therefore the unemployment rate can never be 0%

If a person is out of work and live on the Street they can get a job by signing up with a Temporary agency and checking the small Business places in the area for work. You can also go the the State Welfare Office to see if they quality for benefits. There are other State programs out there that can help. Just go to the State website to find the address of the State you live in. You can also apply for Disability through the State online or go to the State building for forms. Or you may be able to have attend a Doctor to prove disability and your Doctor will advise on how to go about getting disability benefits.

if a person is homeless and is truly looking for a job most shelters will let them give out the shelters number as a message number, if they have a disability then the shelter or other programs for the homeless will help them get a disability check and or housing
