Effective ab workouts for girls?
I'm 16 years old, 5'8"ish and 115 pounds. I run everyday for winter track, around 3-4 miles. I'm not looking to lose weight i just want a stronger core and flatter stomach so any videos about different workouts that you know actually work would be helpful!!

Well, pretty straight forward. I think if you keep that up as a 10 minute mini workout all together, and run daily. You will have an amazing core in no time. Also do 35 push ups or sit ups or switch in between.

This may sound strange but it is true! Jog or walk and every few feet start into a sprint but only for a few feet. Do this as much as you want and it works the abs.
