Does anyone know how to calculate a 457b distribution?

I am trying to do my taxes, and I am using H&R Block online. It is asking for me to provide a 457b distribution. The problem is I didn't get one! I have never taken money out of my 457b account. For those of you who are familiar with the H&R software, it asks for this information after it asks for information in box 12 of your W-2. I put in zero as the amount of distribution, but I keep getting an error message. Does anyone have any advice?

have you tried taking out the 0 and leaving it blank? I use both H&R Block and TaxAct and usually submit with whoever is getting me the better refund. (Although they are usually within a few dollars so I am probably just wasting my time) I don't remember which one it is but if you leave it blank instead of putting in a 0 it should work.
