Why did Progressive insurance lie that they sent out my bill on the 12th when they didn't shouldn't I get this?

I'm thinking of changing my insurance to AMICA!

    I use them also but switched to paying online and checking my status online. This way there is no excuse for me not getting the bills. They may have sent it, but it could have been lost in the mail system, mis-delivered, or tucked in with some junk mail you received and you just didn't see it. I recommend using the online option. It is MUCH easier and I get emails when my bills are due.
