Why is Kobe guarding Rondo?

Derek Fisher is too slow and Rondo is capable of hitting a mid-range so they need someone who can play close to Rondo and stay on him.

Cause Kobe shuts Rondo down more than Fish because Rondo too fast for Fish

The REAL reason is because kobe can stay on rondo.

And ray allen is always coming off screens, running. And derek fisher can keep up with allen. Chasing him off screens. That way kobe doesn't get tired. So he stays on rondo.

Lol who would you rather have guard Rondo, Kobe or Fisher. Think about it.

He should. If you give Rondo a space he will get inside and score.

So he won't use up all his energy on D by running around thru screens tryna guarding ray ray.
