is 28 inches long for a four month old?
It sounds long to me and compared to other babies her age she is quite longer. and she is only 12 lbs.

It is long especailly for her weight but no worries, it will catch up. My son was almost 25 inches last time i measured him and he was 2 months old. he's 3 montsh now so im not sure where he is but he is long. My first son was 29 1/4 at 9 months

Hmm, a bit too long, for a four month year old.
My step-baby-sister is 8 months old and i'm sure she's probably 29 or something like that.
