how to get rid of sticky keys?

im playing a game and i use shift alot and the sticky keys thing keeps popping up how do i get rid of it

    Control Panel\Ease of Access\Ease of Access Center\Make the keyboard easier to use

    on windows 7.

    then hit the proper checkbox

    Press Shift 5 Times Then Click No. :)

    Windows key + U is a shortcut to that Ease of Access control panel.
