There are acceptable reasons for lying to your friends..?
we are having a debate in english class and i said i agree with this statement. I know lying is never the answer but i said lying to protect your friend from being hurt is an acceptable reason. can you think of any other reasons why you would agree with this statement?

I am not trying to push your belifs down, but lyeing in not righgt in any circumstance. I mean if you had no other choice in the matter I guess. I mean I believe the Bible, and doing that is like asking me to deny Christ if it is between me dyeing or living. I couldn't do that. I don't want to pusha ny belief you don't agree with, but I guess your situations is diffrent, and could be acceptable. I guess if you had no other choice, but to lie for your firend then ok.I mean really it is what you believe.
