What makes you proud to be british?

having a really mixed culture in terms of like food, music fashion i guess we're just frkkin amazing we're brits well i mean.. those of us who are english of course lmao

A British pint of beer is larger than an American pint - because we can take our beer and they have to have a girl's sized pint instead.

Our dictionaries are spelt correctly, American dictionaries are full of misspellings. They might blame it on being a separate country but that's no excuse - Australians and New Zealanders live three times as far away and they can spell.

I have a bit of irish in me, there isn't such a true 100 per cent,british person but i am proud has english folk have better liberties, and have more freedom than many other countries who do not have much freedom.

The great British seaside,candy floss,donkeys and Punch and Judy on the beach. Fish and chips,sticks of rock and fairgrounds on the piers. Pantomines at Christmas,tea rooms,Yorkshire puddings,cream teas and bonfire night.And not forgetting our great British heritage,royalty and historical landscapes.

To have predecessors that stood up to the rest of Europe for what they believed in and took every single bomb hitler threw at them and just said "We can take it" Plus you cant get a decent pint anywhere else in the world so that has to be worth something :)
