Shawn is the NABF Welterweight Champion who just fought Adjahu at ESPN2 and won by UD. How do you see this fighter? Is he a threat to the present fighter in this weight class. He look impressive in beating Adjahu who fought like Joshua Clottey. This fighter Adjahu looks like he has power but unable to connect against a very slick Porter. How do you think this fighter Shawn Porter (17-0) will fare against Andre Berto, JMM and others. He is a sparring mate of Manny Pacquiao.

I think Porter would lose to the guys you mentioned. He has potential and is promising, but he has some flaws and holes in his game that I think he needs to work on. Sparring with elite guys like Pacquiao and training more will definitely help him get better in those areas, but until then I don't see him beating Berto or Marquez. He just doens't have enough experience at this point.
