Where are tax forms mailed to?

It is for a refund.

I am having a hard time getting on irs.gov :(

    Which forms? With a payment, or not? There are different addresses. They're at the back of the instruction booklet for the version of 1040 you're filing.

    If irs.gov doesn't work try keying in www.irs.gov
