pokemon soul silver elite four help?

You have 3 legendaries and 2 pokemon you barely trained and another one which I assume you got in a trade.

You are a worthless, pathetic player who can't fashion a regular team, train them to the proper level. No, you have to rely on legendaries and charity and you still can't beat the elite 4.

You wan't my advice? Start over. Train a 6 member team with NO LEGENDARIES and make sure they are all up to lvl. 50 before even trying to take on the elite 4 first round.

I really don't like using Legendaries and that's what most of your team consists of. Well anyway, here's what I recommend you do:

Lugia: Take away extrasensory in favor of Psychic. Remove Waterfall (a weak HM move) and replace it for Aeroblast...surprised you don't have that. If you can't get Aeroblast, I recommend using Earthquake.

Typholosion: Is there any particular reason why he has 3 fire moves? Remove Flame Thrower and Fire Blast. Keep Lava Plume, and have him learn Sunny Day (so when you use Lava Plume it's deadly). Also have him learn Solar Beam (which is very effective against his weakness and doesn't require a charge if Sunny Day is used).

Raikou: Once again, HM moves are generally weak (with the exception of Fly). Remove Quick attack, Spark and Strength. Have him learn Rain Dance and Thunder. Having those two equipped is deadly as Thunder won't miss and it's attack is increased significantly. As for his last move have him learn Giga Impact or another powerful move.

Why have Ampharos if you already have an electric Pokemon? Replace it for a ground or a grass Pokemon as you need a grass.

Suicune: Keep Sheer cold and Air Slash, whirl pool and surf are horrible. Replace them for Rainy Day and Hydro Pump.

Dragonair is decent, though you should have it learn Thunder Wave along with Ice Beam as Blizzard has low accuracy.

You only need one electric substitute an electric for another type you are going against Fighting, Poison, Dark, Dragon, and Psychic so you need at least a Flying, Psychic, Ice, Fighting, and dark Pokemon to have a advantage. Stock up on potions and have a Pokemon with a high defense in battle that will give you time to restore your Pokemon. Hopefully this helped.
