Why hasnt anyone gotten Charlie Sheen commited to a 30 day mental evaluation?
Couldn't his parents or someone have him admitted to a psych hospital for evaluation? I think it is clear that he is a danger to himself or others and needs mental help so why are they allowing him just to keep going instead of helping him?
Britney Spears was an adult and her father got conservorship over her affairs. She was also put up some where for a mental evaluation so if they could do it to her why not Charlie? He is gonna end up killing himself or harming others!
He has lost weight and looks very bad now.

The threshold for posing a threat to himself is pretty high. The fact that he's saying things that you feel are crazy is not enough. Somebody would need to show that he's not just saying crazy things, but actually jeopardizing his own health by not caring for himself. If he had a drastic weight loss or started developing stage IV wounds all over his body, that might be enough for somebody to take notice. Otherwise he's just behaving eccentrically.
Charlie Sheen would not be the first actor to find their way out of a contract by acting crazy. I'm not saying he's "faking," just saying...

He is an adult-his father has tried-He can only be helped when he is ready to accept it. He thinks he is fine. They did a drug test on live tv-he was clean.

He may have said stupid things but without making threats on his own or others lives he can't be committed.
