GH Fans Question.......?

LOL You are right. From what I see it happens on all TV Shows soaps or otherwise. Become a Mom means you are boring either that or you are a neglectful parent. Felicia never became boring but she was a terrible Mom. Same for Tracy. One of the biggest problems with Soaps is the obsession with babies. The characters have kids way too young and their kids have kids way too young. (eg. Luke and Laura are married 25 years. So Nicholas is 24 and all ready has a son. Lucky is 23, Liz 22 and they have two kids) You would have to hope that as society begins to accept older parents then so would soaps. While I agree that Alexis has become a little dull (though I think she and Craig/Jerry are going to be good) she at least is the 'right' age for parent hood. Seemingly late 30's early 40's. In the Luke/Laura and Sonny/Carly thing you have the other great TV convention coming into play the much older man and younger woman. ( Tony Geary really is 15 years older the Genie Francis, who now is the same age as me 44). So they have the female character "play older" by becoming a mom. Personally i think that Tony Geary would be much funnier as a Dad now then he was years ago, and maybe after the experience with Lucky and Lulu better at it.

I think they are doing this to open the door for Sam and Jason having a baby. Or possibly to bring Lucky and Liz back together, especially when they find out Aiden is his. I don't understand why they had Liz have 3 different kids from 3 different dads, I feel like that is something out of character for her. Even though I am a die hard JaSam fan, I definately do not want to see poor Jake die. I think there are many different storylines they can do to bring Jason and Sam to have a baby...just leave poor Jake out of it.

I've only seen the preview where he gets hit by the car, and everyone's worried.

It MAY have been part of the story, leading to Elizabeth's "exit".

But since she's now staying, it MAY have been changed, so that Jake lives.

We can only HOPE.

Thanks, Kika. The ONLY purpose it would serve, to kill-off Jake, would be to show Jason that "life", in general, has it's random tragedies. That bad things can happen, without it being tied to Jason's life choices. I still don't want Jake to die, but this is the only reasoning that made any sense to me.

They want no further connection between jason and liz. It's supposed to tie in with sam's pregnancy. Jake should never been born....But he's here and shouldnt be killed. It's mindless and the same thing happened on days...when zach died. He died in order to bring baby ciara into the show...in what was a dumbass storyline. I was mad then and i'm mad now. Do the writers listen to the fans? Dont they have enough of a soul to not do this? I'm not a liz fan but loosing a child will ruin her.

i agree with R.M.G!, i say this is the SL that was gonna run back when LIz was leaving but since she is now staying, i think it will run but in the last moment the outcome will change. I for one dont want for Jake to die, i love LIason, and i know that Jasam is it for now but i do feel that Jake can be a huge SL for Jason later on..i have no idea where to write to the show, i would do an email though cause this is a bad SL and i dont want it to continue to run even if Liz was still leaving it is just bad and i feel that the SL is a way for Jasam to have a kid and even if they do, it still will go against what Jason has always said about the violence and his life.. mind sending me info to where i can write to?

Jake will died to save Carly daughter

If that the case, it's why BJ died years before, to save maxie

Even if we were to call in isn't it a little to late they probably got it all planned out and tapped they won't change it just cause a few fans disagree of course it's sad any kid dying is sad

I would definitely write in if I knew where to do it. Can you tell me where you wrote in? I really don't want them to kill off Jake.

I did write, I hope it does some good. GH has done this kind of story one too many times and I for one I am sick of it.
