Male mouse chewed off other male mouse balls. I removed the injured mouse.?

I had to put the injured mouse with female mouse. can she still get pregnant, if the injured mouse has no balls? I cant take to a vet as it is almost 9 at night.

Update:

I did wash the blood off of the injured mouse and he seems to be doing ok. no more bleeding and is eating and drinking like normal.

No - it can't breed and is more then likely not to live long. If the other male really bit off the testicles there would be continued bleeding.

You should separate all of them, all-together, as it may result in more fighting. Move each to a separate cage, if possible. If any pet shops are open still, (it's worth checking) buy a cheap little product called Styptic Powder and put it on the wound, until morning. Keep him warm and keep his food and water at a reasonable height.

Just comfort him as much as possible until you can get to a vet. Try googling an emergency or 911 vet in your city/town. I just came back from the vet with one of my dearly beloved, very sick little rats. I had him humanely euthanized after a battle with cancer. The euthanisia was only $30, if you're concerned about pricing - that's usually about how little it costs to put them to sleep in a peaceful, caring way.

i'm uncertain approximately mice, yet i've got heard that as quickly as a rat's cagemate dies, the others will attempt to the two bury it via protecting it with the cage clutter, or ruin the physique via establishing it up. If it somewhat is genuine for mice, then it may be attainable that the male died of organic motives and the others tried to bury it. in spite of the undeniable fact that, i could double verify the data earlier confirming something.

If you need another tank, I have a snake that would love to share his, at least for a short period.
