What is your favorite place to eat that Owned by Locals.?

Here in Okla. City I like Nic's Grill at 11th and Penn, great burgers and curly fries and specials 3 days a week. The only down side is they are only open from 7 am to 2 pm M - F. Next would be Vito's, an Italian place with awesome food. Both are very small places and both are usually packed. But these are amazing restaurants. These are just 2 of many locally owned restaurants that I like to go to. I don't go to chain restaurants unless some one else is paying.
