Is there a possibility that things are just getting bigger and smaller?

Is there a possibility in the universe that all things are infinite? like all small things like atoms have smaller parts and our universe is part of something bigger?

eg: atoms are like "solar systems" and the universe might be a compound and our galaxy is a molecule? possible?

As far as we can tell, the fundamental constants of nature (such as "G" and "alpha" and "c") have not changed by more than one part in a million in 13 billion years. Meanwhile, the Universe has gotten a billion times larger in volume.

The fundamental constants set a relationship between the size of things, in particular the size of atoms. So in this sense, the answer to your question is a definite "no". Atoms have stayed the same size while the Universe has expanded.

Furthermore, elementary particles are precisely identical, as near as we can tell. (That's really odd, and unexplained, but true.) All hydrogen atoms are exactly alike, unlike solar systems.
