You don't. When you file a paper form, you send in the W-2. When you e-file, you provide more info from the W-2 than is normally provided on the 1040-EZ paper form, so you don't have to attach the W-2.

The software will ask you to retype all of the information from the W-2.
This includes, the EIN, name and address of your employer; all the income boxes, etc.
The IRS does some spot checks against their database to see if the W-2 appears to be legit. Some people will have to mail their returns in with the physical W-2 when the filters reject their efile.
