E-mail them, Yahoo is not a chat room, so calling out a user's name or posting would be considered chatting and against the Community.

Fans like personal service. They like to feel that they are in touch with you and your life. Of course this kind of service can be time consuming. Why not start a twitter account. It's an easy way to stay in touch with a fan base, that does not take much time, can reach dozens or thousands just as easily, and you can give more personalize service to the best fans, simply by occasionaly answering their tweets.

Opps, I guess everything I said doesn't really apply. I thought you ment "fans" in the larger sense. Perhaps you are refering to "fans" in the stricter sense of Yahoo Question fans, as I notice you have quite a few.
