Most Tarot stick to one theme or culture. Perhaps you can invent the rainbow world tarot! My Goddess cards has many different Goddesses for all cultures. But these are read a bit differently. But it may be a way to go til you get your Idea up and going. I myself have been thinking of making a chakra doll to do chakra attunments distantly. Making the dolls like rag dolls out of old socks or something, I get lots of requests for long distance Reiki and I know that most any type of psychic adjustments can be done on the ethearic body on the astral plane. But it is still in the idea faze and has not as yet hit the drawing board.
