It kind of sounds like he likes you in more than just a friend way.

First of all, if this is a career or job you are intending to keep and move further then you should not get involved with your boss (asking for trouble). However, if his actions are at all offending you, you should seek out legal help or talk to HR at your company for sexual harassment and keep a log of inappropriate things he does. If you do in fact reciprocate his feelings, then you should definitely seek out HR and see your company's regulations on interoffice relationships and go through the correct channels instead of sneaking around if it does get to that point. As for his intentions, he might sincerely like you or want to just hook up; the only sure way of finding out is finding out from him, but as your boss this might pose problems in the workplace. You should just keep a professional relationship with him until he expresses he wants something more.
