What can happen if im illegal and get in a fight after being deported 4 years ago?
I laid of one of my workers, and he got upset. He came asking for his check a week later and he wanted to pick a fight with me. I was trying to calm down but he kept running his mouth. I got out the car and we went at it. I am scared of what might happen since he knew i had got deported after being in jail. Can someone tell me might happen. Im really freaking out.

If you came back illegally after being deported,you have committed a felony. You will serve some jail time before deported again,this time with a lifetime ban on returning. Not that it matters since you obviously think the laws do not apply to you.

You'll get deported again.
You fight with an actual American, at most he'll get charged with a misdemeanor, you get deported.

If you are illegal then you need to do the right thing and go home.
We have enough hot heads that want to fight in this country as it is.

ah, don't worry about it. this time they won't deport you until after you do the jail time.
