i started a new job on wednesday, im on paye, does this mean i get paid for good friday and easter monday ???or do i have to be working for this company for a few months before i get paid for bank holladays,, its a construction company

That depends on your contract.
If your contract allows you to be paid for those days, then yes, if not, then no. The links below goes into this in more detail.

You will get paid time and a half or be given a day off, employment laws start as soon as you start. PAYE means pay as you earn regarding Tax and National Insurance

It will depend on what is in your contract of employment. We do not know your firm or what their rules are.
