Every woman and every pregnancy are different, when I was first pregnant, like 6 weeks pregnant, I did not feel pregnant at all, and then as the weeks went on, I could no longer sleep on my stomach, and my clothes were getting tighter, and then I took a test and found out I was pregnant.
Your stomach changes during pregnancy and one day you might feel pregnant, and the next day you might not, but it is changing every day, and you are still in your early stages of pregnancy, so I would say what you are experiencing is normal.
It is always a good idea to check with your doctor anyways if you still have questions on how you are feeling and if what you are feeling is normal or not♥

If your stomach was getting hard before it was not from the baby but from gas. your uterus which houses the baby only starts to rise at 13-14 weeks. Before then it is tucked away behind your pelvis. At 14 weeks it is only 1cm above pelvic bone. You won't feel your belly getting hard until 16+ weeks, sometimes more if its your first. This is my 4th pregnancy, Im 23 weeks, and I have just started to "get hard".
Your baby is fine.
