I recently purchased a surround sound system for my TV, it's hooked up and it sounds great.?
However, it is connected to the cable box, and the voices are not in sync with the picture. Any suggestions on how to rectify this would be greatly appreciated. Before the surround system, I had the cable running through a normal DVD/VCR, and did not have this problem. Thanks in advance.

Connect audio cables directly from cable box to sound system for audio.
