Philippa Holly or Philippa Lucy?

Personally I like Philippa Lucy more - very cute and a little quirky, yet both names are still pretty traditional. Aesthetically, Lucy to me looks better; with Holly, there are so many L's and 'straight' lines in the name - Lucy breaks it up and makes it look nicer (weird logic, I know lol).

And I'm kinda in the same boat - I really like how Pippa sounds as a nickname, but I'm not the biggest fan of Philippa (though I still like the name a lot). Maybe you could break tradition and use Pippa as a nickname for something else? Penelope, Phoebe, Persephone, Pearl, Pamela, Pauline? Some of them are more of a stretch than others (of all of them, I think Penelope using Pippa would work the best).

Naya, Finn, Declan and Philippa sound like a great, cool sibset too! It's a bit quirky, again, but still in a way that really works to me.

I absolutely adore the name Pippa! I fell in love after watching the Royal Wedding on Friday (Kate Middleton's sister is Pippa), but I myself am also not sold on Philippa.

If you don't like Philippa you could always use something like Piper or Penelope :)

Out of those two though I like Philippa Lucy!

At first when I read this I thought I liked Philippa Holly best but after reading other comments and really taking notice of the names I like Philippa Lucy best. It's cute!

Philippa Lucy. I like the prominent p sound followed by the L in Lucy. I think it sounds cuter.

I like the name Phillippa and Pippa. I think Phillippa Holly sounds better together. I personally like Phillipa Holly better also because they both have a earthy meaning to them, with Phillipa meaning "lover of horses" and Holly meaning "plant with red berries."
