When are the TV companies going to employ people that are capable of telling the time?

I can remember when ITV first started & a condition of their licence was that no more than 12 minutes of adverts were allowed in a one hour period.The programmes were always on time on both the BBC & ITV.

    nope they can't tell the time they just think that they can get away with it and let people holding one so long. the TV licence is way to high for people and there are to meny adverts on the TV
