How do they let you know that you have received the deposits? E-Mail? In the account? And how long does it usually take?

you have to check you statement which you check either online or at your bank. it usually takes about 3-5 days or so

If you are talking about the deposits they make to your bank account so you can verify your identity, those would show up on your bank statement. You can either wait for your paper statement to show up in the mail in order to enter the amounts they deposited, or you can check your account online if you have enrolled in online banking with your bank .
