Is there any plan for a dual filament light bulb to supplement the low power, low wattage fluorescent bulbs?

The low power fluorescents are supposed to work for 10 years or so. (40W, 60W, and 75W). Many lights in our house operate on two filaments - yielding a bulb with three wattages marked on the glass. (50W, 100W, 150W)? This requires a lamp with 4 positions: 50W, 100W, 150W, and OFF.

No, there is not. They are starting to offer dimmable fluorescent systems.
