Elliot is a male name I wouldn't give a boy a girls name or vise versa. Grace is a great name and I love victoria. I always thought the names with a v in them were very fiminine. Evalyn, vivian, victoria, veronica, venessa. But that is just my opinion

Alyssa Grace Black is lovely! I love the name Alyssa, its really pretty and you don't hear it too often.

Victoria is okay but I wouldn't personally use it, its a but plain to me. Elliot I only like for a boy, sounds so masculine with a feminine name.
