has anyone ever heard of Davison, are they trustworthy?

My wife has been getting calls from an idea company named Davison and they sent us an "Idea security agreement" Are they trustworthy? She does have a good idea for an invention. So I want to protect her.

    Don't give them your money. Read the reviews on scam.com and complaintsboard.com. They are not trustworthy.
