Why is MS word asking to enable a macro when there isn't one?

The macro library is empty and the is nothing showing in the visual basic editor. Is there a way to remove the "macro" without having to copy/paste the entire contents into a new doc?

Update:

I know how to lower the security so I don't have to click the "Allow" button each time. This is a strange case because there actually isn't a macro in the file. Just wondering if anyone has seen this before and how to get rid of the ghost macro.

Open MS Word. Click Tools --> Macro --> Macros.. To customize whether macros should be enabled or disabled by default, click Tools --> Macro --> Security.. and select the option appropriate for you. Hope this helps.
