yes he is a good player. He only played 22 minutes a game and those are pretty good stats.
Also the Euroleague don't count assists like the NBA does. those 3.5apg would probably average out to be 7apg in the NBA.

and the following year in the nba he averaged 15.2ppg 5.7 assits 3.4 rebounds in33 minutes
so learn some basketball it doesnt matter if Rubio averaged that in Europe where its a different style game.
