is it safe to jog/run while pregnant?

im only about half way and i already gained so much. last doctor appointment i was at 133 and im not happy about it. so i want to exercise.

    I wouldnt jog or run my obgyn told me while pregnant you have to be careful that you dont overheat because you can control your temp by sweating but the baby cant so that can be bad for them if your body gets too hot kind of like how you arent supposed to sit in hot tubs for that same reason. So i agree with the comments above go swimming instead or maybe just a light walk now and then.

    If you were not a jogger/runner before you got pregnant and stuck with the routine through the beginning, then you should not be running now. Doctors will tell you that. Stick with brisk walks and safe pregnancy exercises but don't expect to lose weight now. You can just keep yourself from gaining excess weight.

    Give swimming a go. Even jogging up and down in the pool. Much less strain on your back.

    yes completely safe unless told otherwise from your doctor! also Swimming is a great way to exercise when pregnant!
