Looking for a 90s - early 2000s halloween movie?

I remember seeing this movie a few times as a kid, and I'm pretty sure it was a 90s movie (POSSIBLY late 80s or early 2000s)

The movie involved an old man dying from being crushed by a lot of pumpkins and then coming back one halloween. It was more of a kids movie, involving quotes such as:

"Who's putting up the decorations?" "The zombies!"

and a scene where a bunch of zombies sang out "Trick or treat, smell my feet, give me something good to eat"
