Yes there is. You just have to find the right people. For example, I already have Keldeo, Genosect and Moletta. But the aren't up for trade.
On another note, the only one you are going to get is a hacked version. Since they have yet to be released, you won't get a legit one anywhere.
Check out Pokemon sites that support hacked trades (because a few that I found don't support them) and see if anyone is offering a Genosect. I know that Bulbapedia supports hacked Pokemon as long as you tell people the Pokemon is hacked. In fact, there is a thread about someone offering Keldeo, Genosect and Moletta, but I don't know if they're doing it anymore. They haven't made any response either way in a few days/weeks.

No. It is impossible to get a Genesect via any Pkmn games, even using hacks. It may be given out during a future Nintendo event, though
