Dayton Ohio Oral Piercing Under 18?
My mom's agreed to let me get pierced. However, I need a place that will do oral piercings. The only website I could find with a FAQ said that they don't give minors tattoos or oral/sexual piercings, but there isn't a law against it. They just don't do it.

Sure they do. You and your parent or legal guardian bring photo ID a certified copy of your birth certificate and your social security card, sign a release form, pay the piercing fee and you get it done. I've tattooed and pierced in Dayton since 1980-2010 and those are the forms that I had to fill out for the health departmentt. Go see Glen Scott. Tell 'em That Old Dude sent ya. ;)

What you really should do is call local and semi-local tattoo parlors to see what their age rule is. I got my nose pierced at 13 at a place that usually wont pierce under 15 because the guy who answered the phone made an exception. This was in Ohio.
