Low blood pressure not allowing me to run? What can I do about it?

I have low blood pressure and when I take walks around the neighborhood, after just 3 minutes it feels like I have been running hard. I usually ignore it, but I felt kinda bad for my standard poodle ( he walks behind me and is always "patient" with my slow pace) so I started running. He, of course, loved it- being able to run. But, I almost immediately felt light headed, my vision started to blur, and I felt extremely dehydrated. So, I stopped. It went away after a minute or two, and I started walking again. I've tried running/ jogging( starting out slow- getting faster) many other times. Not just outside, and I always get that feeling again.

When I got home ( 15-30 minutes later) I was completely exhausted, and when I sat down, my hands and fingers started tingling.

I will admit, I'm not the most "active" person. But, I'm not underweight or overweight, so I never felt the need to work out or take walks till I got my poodle. Also, I'm 15. So, is there anything I can do abut this? I don't want to take pills or see a doctor, ( I've never had good results with either), but I will if I have to I guess.

The lightheadedness, blurred vision and tingling in your hands and feet are a bit concerning. Your blood pressure should be going up when you run, not down. This could be low blood pressure, low blood sugar, poor conditioning, anxiety, nothing at all, or something more complicated. I know you don't want to hear this, but you should probably discuss this with a physician. Its the only way to rule out a serious problem. See a pediatrician or someone who specializes in adolescent medicine if possible.

This query comes up really plenty. I do not know why your fitness center have stated your BP is a situation, Gym individuals are not clinical, first-class factor to do is get your GP to put in writing a letter mentioning there is not any difficulty along with your BP. Many individuals (adding a few wellness care gurus) make the error of pondering BP under one hundred is harmful or somehow irregular. This most likely is not the case and will probably be viewed a common healthful version. Low BP is a relative factor, delivering you are not experiencing signs corresponding to dizziness and fainting (that might point out BP is so low it is not able to push blood across the frame sufficiently) the quantity isn't that primary. With that stated, common and irregular variety can most effective rather be viewed towards the situations of the person and the stipulations where it was once measured, as good as different crucial elements. A unexpected plummet in BP can also be indicative, pathologically low blood stress is infrequent and can also be brought on by way of unique disorders corresponding to endocrine disorders, special cardiac disorders and diabetes however most likely speakme for those who are not experiencing any signs there may be probably isn't any rationale for challenge. A systolic of ninety two obviously is not a rationale for challenge.
