No, people who kill for whatever reason deserve the full force of the law. An unlawful death deserves the severest punishment. Without law and order you have anarchy. Surely you don't want that!

Not familiar with American ideals much, are you. A jury, not a vigilante, will decide here innocence or guilt. It doesn't look like she'll make it to an innocent verdict, but if she does, that's it. Trial over.
