Runscape???? Clue scrolls?

I got my second clue scroll (Medium) and it says 00 degrees north and 18 minutes and 09 degrees east. I have went there but i am unsure of what to do??? Any help.

    All coordinate clues make you dig with a spade (along with the 3 coordinate tools in inventory) at the site.

    Go to tipit.com and go to clue scrolls then go to the degress and it will tell u were to go
