Randy Orton (He was seen backstage smoking weed WITH Booker and got suspended for 15 days, while Booker got suspended for 60, Booker thought this was unfair, then asked for his release and it was granted)
RVD (He still does)
Jeff Hardy (He's been clean for 3 months)
