I have a virus I can't get rid of?
It has taken over my browser and redirects to me Bing. I also keep getting popups asking if I want to delete random programs. This morning when I got up there was a letter to someone in the UK partially composed. (address only) Also I can't upload any photo's in my email or on Facebook. Malware bytes, Super Antispyware and AVG haven't been able to find or clean it.

I use ComboFix for pesky viruses. Use it in safemode and it "should" remove it. I say should because I don't know what virus you have. Also note that ComboFix is often faked, I only trust bleepingcomputer.com to download it from. (If you know the name of the virus chances are they have a method or guide to remove it to)
Info on it:

*I would use a different computer to download then copy it over once you are already in safemode on the target computer. Good Luck!

Likely a rootkit. What you can do is load up in safe mode and try a scan then. If that does not work try loading into a linux flash drive and do a scan. Google how to do that if you end up needing to do it.
