NOPE,wrong again..I would make asking 25 points for level one.
Up to 10 levels.at level 7 would cost no points asking.
5 points an answer.5 extra best answer.
But you can choose 5 best answers.
There would be no violations except for nasty insults,
Cussing,threats or racial slurs.The chat and format rule would be gone.
25 points a violation.25 for false reporting.Fairness would be my no.1 objective.
