Are these the correct chinese characters?

Are these the correct characters for saying "vicious clown": 恶性小丑

or could i use this character for vicious?

What's the best way of saying "vicious clown" ?

    After ask my Chinese teacher, it is not usual to say "恶性小丑“ in China.

    In China's opera, there is one word same to "vicious clown", that is "白脸“.

    惡性小丑 is fine, but you may find the term 惡性 used a lot in medical terms. For something more "evil" in a sense, you may opt for 邪惡小丑. I would prefer the latter.

    歹 is not appropriate in this context.
