Rear wheel bearing on my Mountain Bike?

I have a Carrera Kracken and have recently noticed that the rear wheel is loose. The Quick-release is on tight yet the wheel still moves from side to side. Is this the wheel bearing and if so how much for a new bearing/wheel. The bike has front and rear discs.

I believe you need to take the wheel off to figure out where the play is coming from.

It is a sealed hub (I assume) there are no cone nuts. The lock ring might be loose.
