Carter has justifiably been maligned for his ineptitude while in office for 4 years. Obama has been ineffectual on all levels and a complete failure at this point. If Obama loses in 2012, and it looks like he may, who will be looked at as the worst of the two,10 years from now?

Obama is worse, at least Carter is an American.

No one can beat Bush, followed closely by Reagan. Of course Carter is not far behind. Obama is the one who really makes a difference by steering the ship in the right direction.
