How long would you keep homemade jam?

I made it so I know when and how it was made, and it has never been opened grape jam.

Update:

It hasn't been open yet.

Cooked jams and jellies are best stored for 1 month in the refrigerator AFTER opening. They may last longer depending on the specific product and how it is used. If the jam was sealed properly and never been opened and shows no sign of spoilage, it should be fine

Unopened they can last for years! As long as there's no mould on the top or the jam hasn't candied it is OK to use it.After opening it is a good idea to keep it in the fridge, but it won't keep more than a few months even so.
