How can we make nested conditions for Smart Playlists in iTunes 10.4, i.e. use "..."?
Where did the "..." button go after the "+" and "-" ones go? That was crucial in created advanced playlists. I realize that old playlists that used it still have a way of maintaing their old definitions and makeup, but how can nested conditions be used in the lated iTunes?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

They hid it -- hold down the Option key and the + turns into the ellipsis.
