Car a/c is not blowing cold air. I've already had the switch replaced and the compressor replaced.?
The O ring pinched a line and the antifreeze leaked out, but that's been fixed. It will work for a little while after I get it from the garage, then within the day it quits blowing cool air...in fact the air it blows is rather warm. Any clue as to why this has happened?

You are leaking refrigerant from somewhere. Obviously your mechanic is too incompetent or is scamming you. Go to another mechanic and do research on them before you do.

A/C and antifreeze are not the same. Like the other poster mentioned, you are most likely leaking refrigerant (NOT antifreeze). Take the car to a shop that specializes in air conditioning, or get a referral from an autoparts store (like oreillys, even places like discount tire).
Also check your BELTS. Sometimes something as simple and basic as a loose belt to the air conditioning pump could be causing the entire system to not work properly.
Lastly, check the refrigerant level. Too low of a level could mean it could work for a little time, then peter out.
