Chrysler Sebering 1999 Convertable Brake Squeel?

Brakes squeal backing out of drive......squeals until we apply breaks two or three times........replaced rotors and pads.......any ideas on a permeate repair............???

Check the calipers they maybe sticking bec they either need cleaning or replacing or the brake fluid maybe dirty etc.
